Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an enterprise sales leader in a SaaS environment
- History of selling multi-product, product suite, or platform-oriented SaaS solutions
- Expert knowledge and experience in building and motivating enterprise sales teams, growing pipelines, and hitting revenue targets
- Experience developing Enterprise Account strategies, Executive Points of View, and execution plans to drive Executive Target engagement
- Capable of rallying support from both direct and indirect staff to drive shared positive results in a matrix team environment
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets and guide a team through complex and evangelical sales cycles
- Highly driven, proactive individual with an execution focus, a strong sense of urgency, and a belief in Salesloft’s mission. You go beyond relationship management
- Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and manage a team of Account Executives
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product teams to be accountable for delivering against budgeted revenue and KPI goals
- Drive productivity and efficiency improvement for the team through innovation, new technologies, skill set training, and process improvement
- Oversee Account Executives and help them educate the market about the power of new Salesloft
- Create Account Strategies to target specific Enterprise customers
- Generate opportunities with new customers
