Responsibilities
- Recommend Associated Bank products to existing customers and prospects.
- Identify, expand and deepen customer relationships through profiling and then recommending appropriate deposit and lending products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service through efficient and accurate processing of customer transactions and fulfilling service requests.
- Support the operational integrity of the branch.
- Achieve individual and branch team goals.
- Work multiple branch locations to support a culture of flexibility and mobility to meet the expectations of our branch and customers.
- Open new accounts and uncover cross-selling opportunities that benefit customer financial wellness.
- Partner with and refer customers to internal insurance, mortgage, and other key areas within the bank to help meet their financial needs.
- Proactively aisle prospect at our in-store locations.
