Requirements
- Strong experience in product analytics, strategy, consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to work with data (experience with SQL is a plus, but not required).
- Clear and confident communication skills—you can tell a story and influence decisions.
- Experience engaging directly with customers or users to gather insights.
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity.
- Experience in product management or strategy is a strong asset.
- Exposure to payments, fintech, or transaction-heavy businesses is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Work with Product Managers to define strategy, identify new opportunities, and evaluate performance.
- Gather and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and support decision-making.
- Speak directly with customers to surface pain points, validate ideas, and shape product direction.
- Build clear, compelling presentations and reports to communicate insights to leadership and stakeholders.
- Support go-to-market strategies, business cases, and product planning processes.
- Contribute to a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends—especially in payments and fintech—and help bring external perspectives into our thinking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product management or strategy is a strong asset.
