Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a strong emphasis on 5G technologies.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the Wireless industry.
- Deep understanding of RF engineering, wireless communications protocols, signal processing, and test and measurement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Proven ability to collaborate globally.
- Agile and responsive to customer needs, focusing on customer satisfaction and relationship management.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to drive innovation and stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Lead strategy development while simultaneously driving business growth.
