Requirements
- 5 + years of Human Capital Management software and consulting experience on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects, or applicable practitioner deployment experience
- 5 + years of experience with the following product areas: Talent, Learning
- 3+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME
- Demonstrates a solid grasp of HR related systems and processes
- Certified or ability to certify in Workday HCM Products and to effectively deploy the solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience required
- Ability to travel up to 10%.

- Develop and demonstrate system configuration solutions, articulating product capabilities, plus the benefits and risks of design decisions
- Support multiple customers concurrently on short duration projects

- Find that the highly collaborative nature of this team helps them to be productive and to demonstrate their strengths every day
- Share expertise with customers on a variety of Ask-an-Expert requests by conducting research, delivering small scope consulting, troubleshooting product configuration, and clearly communicating responses and value to customers
- Partner with an Engagement Manager to deliver services that include Feature Adoption Workshops, Functional Review, and Health Check
- Deliver additional services such as Collaboration Crews, Accelerator Webinars, Feature Accelerator, and Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with global implementations is preferred.
