Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a track record of delivering successful B2B software products
  • Deep familiarity with the cybersecurity industry and understanding of key SOC workflows and tools, such as SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence platforms
  • Excellent collaboration and influence skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across functions and levels—internally and externally
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
  • Experience building and leading high-performing product teams, with a focus on coaching, growth, and collaboration
  • A strong cross-functional mindset, with demonstrated success partnering with cross functional stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Drive roadmap and execution: Translate product strategy into an actionable roadmap, align it with business goals, and partner with Engineering to deliver high-impact products.
  • Champion customer value: Advocate for customer needs, prioritize great design, and build solutions that deliver real outcomes.
  • Bridge product and operations: Work closely with Cyber Operations to ensure our offerings align with the realities of 24/7 threat detection, incident response, and customer SLAs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on go-to-market efforts, pricing/packaging, and product enablement.
  • Influence and evangelize: Build strong business cases for investment, represent Deepwatch at key industry events, and help shape our product culture and strategy.
  • Lead and inspire: Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product managers while modeling Deepwatch’s Core Values and Leadership Attributes.
  • Think like a customer’s CISO: Build products that not only perform, but also instill confidence in our customers by aligning with their security goals, KPIs, and compliance needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building products for security operations teams, ideally in MDR, MSSP, or SOC environments would be highly desired
