Requirements
- Degree or certification in education, adult education, visual communication, technical communication, instructional design, instructional technology, curriculum studies, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience creating multimedia content, particularly for technical and product training
- Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Suite, Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, and Vyond
- Demonstrated knowledge of learning design and development models
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and effective online delivery methods
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to clearly understand the usage and intent of new features, translating them into effective online training
- Work closely with subject matter experts and your team to update and create course outlines
- Write assessment questions that accurately measure learners’ comprehension of the training material
- Update, maintain, and create engaging and effective online training content
- Develop compelling training materials for instructor-led sessions
- Publish online content in HTML5, video, and SCORM formats to learning management systems
- Handle other similar responsibilities based on business needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with one or more LMS platforms preferred
