Requirements
- BS – project management, business or related field – required.
- MS – preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience in an industrial or pharmaceutical environment – preferred.
- Strong understanding of supply chain flows and GMP constraints
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing Supply Chain projects, ensuring they meet defined objectives, timelines, and budgets. In alignment with Head of Supply Chain’s projects & performance
- Developing project plans, setting milestones, and tracking progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinating with various departments to allocate the necessary resources (personnel, materials, equipment) for project execution.
- Managing project resources effectively to optimize their usage and maintain efficient project flow.
- Collecting relevant data to support decision-making processes within the project.
- Conducting data analysis to inform project adjustments and improvements as needed.
- Aware of ongoing projects (global & local) impacting Site Supply Chain
- Ensure Supply Chain input for industrialization, life cycle management
- Ensure proper handover of industrialization project to Supply Chain Launch/ Lifecycle lead (Supply Chain readiness production plan, raw material sourcing, and clinical demand)
- Monthly Supply Chain Performance review at PCU / APU and site level including root cause analysis and follow-up action plan
- Regularly reporting on project status, challenges, and outcomes to the Head of Supply Chain and other stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- MS – preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience in an industrial or pharmaceutical environment – preferred.
