Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and private parties
- Coordinate all event logistics such as venue selection, catering, decorations, and entertainment
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure event success
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards
- Handle on-site coordination during events, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that may arise
- Prepare and present event proposals and post-event evaluations
- Maintain strong communication with clients to understand their vision and make necessary adjustments
