Requirements
- 4+ years Supply Chain Procure to Pay (P2P) business support experience with strong attention to detail
- 2+ years practical experience working with ERP Procurement modules, ideally SAP ECC, SAP S4 Hana
- 2+ years’ experience working with integrations and add-ons such as OpenInvoice, and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), and Ariba
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve conflict
- Skilled in data analytics and design incorporating the use of technology to solve problems
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the resolution of Procure to Pay (P2P) issues with Contract Analysts, Buyers, Project Controls, Accounts Payable, technical teams, suppliers, contractors and other key stakeholders
- Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders prioritizing clear written and verbal communication
- Actively participate in process & technology improvement projects and initiatives for P2P
- Analyze and optimize business processes to align with organizational goals
- Design and generate data-driven reports to support our business needs and insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in ERP implementation projects
- 2+ years’ experience supporting integrations
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Tableau, Alteryx
- Multilingual skills in Spanish
