Requirements
- Business bachelor’s degree (or similar certification)
- High competency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Up to a maximum of three years of professional discipline-related work experience, not including co-op or internship work term
Responsibilities
- Prepare purchase requisitions requests efficiently and in line with corporate governance
- Work with buyers in supply chain to create purchase orders
- Proactively support vendor managers to complete payments on time
- Reconcile invoices and payments for purchase orders
- Reconcile 3rd party spend
- Support vendor managers with processing invoices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, Power Automate
- Knowledgeable of the oil and gas industry
