Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on health systems and technical integrations
- Deep knowledge of healthcare systems and concepts such as PHI, HIPAA, EMRs, interoperability standards, identity verification, and secure data exchanges
- Keen ability to tell stories using data with experience using analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, Heap) to assess performance
- Deep understanding of member pain points with an ability to craft compelling value propositions
- Strong critical thinking skills with a proven track record of identifying and addressing root causes of friction
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Thrives working in a fast-paced, iterative environment with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in understanding system architecture diagrams, identity standards like IAL2, and security best practices for sensitive healthcare data
Responsibilities
- Define CLEAR’s Healthcare product strategy and roadmap, focusing on integration opportunities, working backward from the member and partner experience, and ensuring compliance with healthcare-specific standards like HIPAA
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Member Care, Security, and Legal to drive a shared vision and accelerate product development
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to identify pain points and opportunities to improve the member experience
- Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to optimize the user journey
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product development
