Requirements

• 5+ years mortgage experience (preferably in origination or correspondent lending)
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Through ability to recognize and review basic mortgage documentation
• Excellent communication skills
• Client service focus
• Loan quality and risk management
• Production and performance
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc)

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of up to 30 clients
• Communicate with clients on a regular basis, maintaining specific communication SLA’s
• Review documentation, clearing or creating conditions as needed
• Conduct all withdraw/cancellation requests
• Run daily reporting, managing aged loans, etc.
• Move a seller’s pipeline forward towards funding
