Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations relating to recruiting
  • Administrative support skills including producing and coordinating correspondence, mass mailings, memos, forms, and lists
  • Ability to coordinate travel and lodging arrangements for prospects and families
  • Experience in managing fiscal processes, preparing and reconciling expense reports, and processing payments
  • Ability to maintain calendars, databases, schedules, and appointments for football staff

Responsibilities

  • Organize logistics and participate in on-campus visits for recruits
  • Assist in planning and executing football-based events as directed by Head Coach, General Manager, and Chief of Staff
  • Coordinate travel and lodging arrangements for prospects and families
  • Manage and educate the ambassador program for official visit pairings and for game day in the recruit room
  • Oversee distribution of tickets, credentials, and meal payment
  • Assist General Manager in developing processes and practices for unit efficiency
  • Provide administrative support to football staff in recruiting efforts
  • Manage fiscal processes for the football office and prepare expense reports
  • Assist with team travel coordination and associated procedures
  • Analyze trends in the office and provide updated information to coaching staff
