Requirements
- 6 months experience of inside sales/customer engagement
Responsibilities
- First point of contact in the sales process
- Become and remain knowledgeable about the products and processes.
- Interface effectively with potential clients
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails (make 40-50 outbound calls per day)
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
- Make well balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate of the brand
- Follow the agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions
- Recognize trends and patterns and escalate issues to management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ad sales
- excellent communicator, with the ability to effectively convey our message in meetings as well as through cold calling, outbound calling, and mail conversations.
