Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of SC
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the care of residents with a focus on dignity and safety
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Assess, plan, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
- Supervise CNAs and LPNs to ensure quality care is delivered
- Respond to changes in residents’ conditions and communicate effectively with physicians, families, and team members
- Maintain accurate, detailed medical records and documentation
- Foster a warm, supportive environment for residents and their loved ones
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred — but we welcome all backgrounds!
