Requirements
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with a Poly
- 7+ years experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc., including, but not limited to: data connection, data manipulation, data visualization
- Knowledge of statistical analysis methodologies and data visualization tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with scripting in Tableau (e.g., automation; troubleshooting; integration, performance optimization)
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and other relevant programming languages
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and relational databases
- Experience with machine learning, predictive modeling, and data mining
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify, research, and solve complex analytical problems
- Analyze large data sets to extract meaningful insights
- Design, build, and maintain machine learning models and algorithms
- Collaborate with data engineers to improve data collection and storage
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
- Support the organization’s broad-spectrum Data Management requirements including, but not limited to: Data Strategy/ Modeling/ Documentation; Data Feed Identification; Infrastructure Management; Data Ingestion/Data Feed Automation; Data Transformation; Data Catalog and Metadata Management; Data Quality Management; Data Governance
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to support business objectives
- Integrate Tableau with various data sources, including SQL databases, cloud platforms, and spreadsheets
- Stay updated on the latest Tableau features, best practices, and emerging BI trends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Tableau Certified Professional – Preferred
- Current Security+ or DOD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Understanding of data governance and security best practices
