Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
- Member of the Missouri Bar or willing to seek admission.
- Minimum of 2-4 years commercial litigation or in-house experience.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work in our St. Louis Corporate office.
Responsibilities
- Trusted counsel and adviser to Anheuser-Busch client.
- Supervise outside counsel in litigating commercial disputes and in protecting the company’s assets and reputation in litigation.
- Assist various commercial teams with all aspects of litigation and regulatory risk analysis in a fast-paced work environment.
- Provide strategic guidance and assist with due diligence in connection with new acquisitions.
- Work collaboratively across the entire legal department in areas such as intellectual property, environmental, and labor/employment law.
Preferred Qualifications
- Litigation experience preferred.
