2025 Associate Project Change Engineer

Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) from an accredited institution.
Be majoring in or having majored in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).

Oversee the development, request, and implementation of changes to the Program and technical baseline with a focus on ensuring changes are well understood, documented, and executed through the Program approved Change Boards.
Develop change request packages and represent the package through the change board process.
Ensure change request package meets quality standards and is board ready.
Coordinate comment follow-up, resolution, and approvals.
Coordinate and provide input into impact assessments.
Coordinate resolution and closeout of board action items.
Interface with Configuration Management when submitting change requests and finalize change requests after board approval.
Ensure approved change requests are implemented prior to change request closure.
Follow through to ensure change requests are closed timely.

Be majoring in or having majored in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
