Requirements
- Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) from an accredited institution.
- Be majoring in or having majored in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
- Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development, request, and implementation of changes to the Program and technical baseline with a focus on ensuring changes are well understood, documented, and executed through the Program approved Change Boards.
- Develop change request packages and represent the package through the change board process.
- Ensure change request package meets quality standards and is board ready.
- Coordinate comment follow-up, resolution, and approvals.
- Coordinate and provide input into impact assessments.
- Coordinate resolution and closeout of board action items.
- Interface with Configuration Management when submitting change requests and finalize change requests after board approval.
- Ensure approved change requests are implemented prior to change request closure.
- Follow through to ensure change requests are closed timely.
Preferred Qualifications
- Be majoring in or having majored in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
