Requirements
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other AI sourcing tools
- Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS), preferably Lever ATS
- Technical recruiting experience, preferably within the AI or robotics space
Responsibilities
- Engage and develop positive partnerships with hiring managers, both remotely and in person
- Manage a full-time requisition load of 10-15 on average
- Source, screen, and manage the full candidate interview experience from first contact through final offer negotiation
