Your Impact:

As Team Lead, you’ll spearhead our North American SMB expansion, crafting and executing strategic sales plans that drive exponential revenue increases. A Typical Day
- Craft data-driven sales plans, analyzing the North American SMB landscape and adapting with agility to market shifts.
- Motivate and inspire your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high-performance where wins are celebrated and challenges are tackled head-on.
- Coach and develop individual team members, unlocking their full potential and guiding them towards achieving ambitious goals.
- Bridge the gap between departments, leveraging the expertise of marketing, customer success, and other internal team members to maximize impact.
- Drive revenue growth: Set ambitious sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Manage the sales pipeline: Ensure deals progress through the funnel efficiently and close at optimal rates.
- Forecast and analyze sales data: Track key metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and refine sales processes: Optimize workflows, methodologies, and training to consistently improve team performance.
- Stay updated on market trends: Understand the competitive landscape and adapt strategies accordingly.
Your Expertise
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, consistently surpassing set targets.
- Innate leadership abilities to motivate, coach, recruit, and mentor team members, fostering confidence and driving team success.
- Deep understanding of the North American SMB landscape, coupled with strategic agility to tailor approaches for overcoming challenges.
- Problem-solving prowess, thriving in challenging situations and utilizing all resources to achieve success.
- Strong believer in the power of teamwork, building robust relationships across departments, and cultivating a culture of open communication and collective achievement.
- Ability to forge strong relationships with internal stakeholders, collaborating with marketing, customer success, and other departments to ensure alignment and shared goals.
