AI & Mobility Experience
We’re looking for a visionary Senior Product Experience Designer to push the limits of digital product design and create innovative, accessible, and delightful user experiences.
In this role, you’ll shape the future of human-technology interactions, crafting AI-powered interfaces, collaborative tools, and immersive experiences. You will work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and human-centered design, pioneering multimodal experiences that combine voice, touch, gesture, and visual interfaces. What you will do
Lead the design of next-generation AI-powered experiences, from concept to implementation
Create and validate innovative interaction patterns across multiple modalities (voice, touch, gesture, visual)
Develop comprehensive design systems that scale across platforms and interaction models
Drive strategic vision for future products combining AI, collaboration, and multimodal experiences
Transform complex technical capabilities into intuitive, human-centered solutions
Lead research and discovery initiatives to identify breakthrough opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design vision with technical feasibility
Create compelling prototypes and proof-of-concepts that demonstrate future possibilities
Mentor and guide other designers in emerging technologies and interaction paradigms
Design and implement personalized user experiences using AI
Lead A/B testing and optimization of AI-powered interfaces
Create and optimize voice user interfaces (VUI) using ML algorithms
Who you are
5+ years of experience in digital product design, with focus on complex systems
Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative solutions in AI, collaboration, or multimodal interfaces
Proven track record of shipping successful products that push technological boundaries
Experience with modern design tools and prototyping technologies
Strong understanding of technical constraints and opportunities in emerging technologies
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design solutions
Strong interaction design and visual design skills
Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions
Experience with design systems and scalable frameworks
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field
Nice to Have Skills
Master’s degree in HCI, Design, or related field
Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI/ML systems, natural language interfaces, and GenAI solutions
Experience with AI-powered wireframing and prototyping tools
Knowledge of data visualization and analytics tools
Experience with conversational AI design patterns
Background in designing multimodal experiences (voice, gesture, AR/VR)
Experience with data-driven design decisions and analytics tools
Experience leading or mentoring design teams
Technical background or hands-on development experience
Experience designing for global markets
Expertise in accessibility and inclusive design principles
Experience with immersive technologies (AR/VR/XR)

The salary range for this position is: USD $114,103.81 – $143,896.18
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
