The business process innovation team works closely with cross-functional partners to evaluate and implement process improvements and system solutions for the Design, Trend & Concept, Product Development and Product + Consumer Merchandising. They provide strategic, operational and tactical solutions to improve and simplify the product creation process. The team is forward oriented, leveraging digital tools and process innovation.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Manager of Business Process Innovation for Product Creation and Merchandising is responsible for owning innovation of end-to-end product lifecycle processes. This individual will have experience in operations or consulting related to footwear or apparel product creation lifecycles and business processes.
This person is tasked with propagating positive change across the PCM function using modern processes and system solutions. Working cross-functionally with Product Merchandising, Consumer Merchandising, Design, Development, Trend & Concept, Tech, Finance, and extended Nike teams globally, this individual will identify and prioritize areas of opportunity for impactful change.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ONWHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role will report into the Strategic Portfolio Director in PCM Operations. This team is responsible for supporting the roadmap and execution of existing and future technology solutions as well as business processes that enable the creation of footwear product offerings.
The candidate will partner with other leads in PCM Ops, the Technical Product Managers (Product Creation and Digital Product Design and Merchandising), Project Core leaders, as well as each functional area’s key partners (finance, design, engineering, tech design, materials, global and geo product development, product merchandising and planning teams).
