Procore is looking for a driven Manager, SMB Account Management to join our Sales team. As we go to market with new products, you’ll develop, mentor, and lead a team of Account Managers focused on performing inside sales, technical demonstrations, and supporting deals to close. You’ll drive a high-performance, high-accountability culture to meet and exceed sales goals and continue to grow our current customer base.
As a Manager, SMB Account Management, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales Leadership, Customer Success, and Product teams, to drive revenue growth and customer retention. Use your strategic leadership, sales acumen, and data-driven decision-making to empower your team, optimize sales processes, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your ability to mentor and develop high-performing Account Managers will directly impact Procore’s expansion and success in the SMB market.
