Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 1+ years of experience OR
- Master’s degree in engineering with 0+ years of experience OR
- JD/PhD
- Must be a US Citizen
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical program management and engineering efforts for AE 2100 and AE 1107 defense projects.
- Coordinate the technical activities of a multi-functional team that delivers engineering solutions for design/configuration changes (Product Change Board process).
- Lead AE 2100 and AE 1107 defense engineering projects and develop/communicate the plan and budget for delivering such improvements to cost and schedule.
- Lead the application of Systems Engineering to elicit, influence, and manage engine-level business and technical requirements and allocate requirements to sub-system level.
- Represent the engine program in technical meetings with customers, operators, and airworthiness authorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in relevant domain is preferred but not essential
- Good communication, presentation skills and an ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
- Experience in business case development and project management
