Requirements
- 2+ years’ office administrative experience required.
- HSD or equivalent required.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Must possess outstanding communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all drivers have an outstanding on-boarding experience by scheduling pre-employment screening appointments and assisting in the completion of Pre-DQP tasks.
- Manage relationships and interface with drivers, recruiters and leadership.
- Set up drug screen testing on nationwide basis. Enter drug screen data and conduct drug screen traces as needed.
- Assist Driver’s through physical process from start to completion, acting as main point of contact.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in audits.
- Book transportation to and from pre-employment screening if necessary.
- Ensure Pre-DQP tasks are sent, reviewed, and followed up on for completion prior to DQP attendance.
- Assist Recruiting and Driver Qualification in the onboarding process.
- Proactively works to assist others in achieving the organization’s objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience making travel arrangements preferred.
