Requirements
- High School Diploma Or GED (Required)
- Proven successful experience providing administrative support in a high-volume professional office setting (Required)
- Proven experience coordinating multiple projects, assignments or tasks simultaneously (Required)
- Proven experience handling confidential information and correspondence (Required)
- Demonstrated experience maintaining a calm and professional demeanor when handling stressful situations (Required)
- Proven skill for helping people and providing outstanding customer service
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet and database applications
Responsibilities
- Manages selection and pre-hire onboarding processes to include background checks, drug screens, employment verification and form completion
- Identifies potential selection and/or onboarding issues or concerns; researches, provides clarification and facilitates problem resolution
- Manages the rehire process to include the gathering of previous employment information
- Notifies management and/or hiring managers regarding selection and/or onboarding process issues
- Identifies trends and issues with the selection process flow; makes improvement recommendations to management
- Serves as liaison between the Company and third-party vendors regarding background check processes and drug testing
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
