Responsibilities
- Places outgoing calls and takes incoming calls. Completes required applicable paperwork including sending all required collection letters.
- Reviews and monitors delinquent accounts daily and maintains losses at or below established guidelines for assigned job duties.
- Properly and accurately documents all account activities.
- Initiates contact with customers in an effort to satisfy any deficient balances.
- Makes recommendations to management of accounts needing additional attention.
- Maintaining a positive and mutually beneficial cohesion within your team.
- May assist other related departments as required by business needs.
- Ensures compliance with OneMain Financial’s policies & procedures as well as state and federal regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
