Requirements
- Experience creating or contributing to a design system
- 4+ years working in product design, UX, UI or HCI related fields
- Experience designing for multiple operating systems (iOS, Android, Desktop and Mobile Web)
- Ability to articulate design rationale across a range of fidelities, and build influence across cross functional teams
- Highly proficient in design and prototyping tools, especially figma
- Strong foundational understanding of design principles and usability best practices
- Ability to influence a range of audiences and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Responsibilities
- Leverage customer insights to collaboratively define product requirements with cross-functional partners, shaping end-to-end product experiences across a spectrum of developer, mobile, and SaaS products
- Play a key role in crafting exceptional user experiences not only through design but also leading workshops, sprints and planning processes
- Work closely with product and engineering throughout the product life cycle, from initial planning to final designs and launch
- Contribute to a new design system applicable across a diverse suite of financial software products
- Participate in a cultural shift towards a design-forward environment.
