Responsibilities
- Providing oversight from conception and planning to implementation of technical program design
- Managing long range schedule and task details using project management tools
- Driving allocated resources to achieve on-time and within budget performance objectives
- Initiating and managing capital allocation requests, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders
- Working with senior management to align programs with business unit direction
- Leading multifunctional design teams to complete projects
- Providing technical leadership to team members
- Coordinating with senior management to define program objectives and provide status updates
- Applying engineering and business process expertise to solve complex issues
- Participating in technical review boards for assigned programs
