Requirements
- Experience as a full stack engineer with a focus on frontend
- Demonstrated success collaborating with partners in product, design and analytics
- Experience leading large projects from idea to high quality delivery
- Strong communicator who can articulate technical concepts to varying audiences
- Ability to thrive in a high-velocity environment and execute quickly while maintaining high standards
- Ownership mentality and high degree of accountability for work
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on a cross-functional team with a designer, product manager, and other engineers
- Architect and build features for SMB employers
- Maintain a high standard of quality in work and feedback provided to peers
- Influence the team’s roadmap and prioritization of innovation and operational health initiatives
- Provide mentorship to engineers and support the team to meet deliverables
- Lead sizable individual projects and projects that require multiple engineers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ReactJS, Typescript, and PostgreSQL
- Experience working on LLM products in production
