Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a role developing, implementing, and enforcing complex policy or processes, especially with experience in risk, fraud, audit, consulting, compliance, call center performance, HR, startup operation.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly around complex sets of policy requirements and technical deployment details.
- Excellent written communication skills and comfort with designing and documenting processes.
- Supportive collaborator & precise communicator who can balance both complex requirements and precise execution expectations with a progress-over-perfection approach to change management & implementation.
Responsibilities
- Develop cybersecurity and fraud prevention processes, policies, and tools on the Shipt platform.
- Lead cross-functional partnerships and improvement projects with internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with Fraud, Cybersecurity, and Product to strengthen security against threats.
- Ensure finding and removing bad actors from the platform with speed and fairness.
- Lead development of policies, processes, workflows, and tools for screening and reviewing independent contractors.
- Build documentation and training to deploy capabilities.
