Sr. Director – Revenue Analytics & Insights

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
7-10 years of experience in revenue analytics, media, or ad sales, with a proven track record of leveraging data-driven insights to drive business growth
Expertise in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau)
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategic insights
Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information to diverse audiences
Demonstrated leadership experience, with a focus on team development and cross-functional collaboration
Strong writing skills

Together with the VP, develop a data-driven marketplace model, analyzing market trends and the competitive landscape using a diverse range of sources, including internal data and market reports, to identify strategic implications for our business
Serve as the subject matter expert on ad marketplace category drivers, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. Proactively generate insights to capitalize on market opportunities and enhance revenue growth
Conduct forward-looking analyses, including assessing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats within the sports and entertainment streaming marketplace
Translate complex analyses into actionable insights, crafting clear narratives and visualizations that effectively communicate value and secure buy-in from business leaders
Partner with Ad Product team to provide guidance on key performance indicators (KPIs) for both category and brand insights, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Manage and mentor 1-2 direct reports, supporting their career development through mentoring, training opportunities, and performance feedback
