Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably within the healthcare or legal industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with medical professionals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, preferred).
- Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
- Ability to travel within designated market area, as needed.
Responsibilities
- Identify and establish positive relationships with medical providers within designated geographical and practice areas.
- Educate medical providers about services offered by Brandon J. Broderick.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for providers regarding case updates, documentation requirements and billing inquiries.
- Review and update provider records in database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand the need for network expansion and ensure provider compliance.
- Monitor provider performance, providing feedback to improve quality of service.
- Attend industry-related networking events and conferences to expand the firm’s network of medical providers.
