Requirements
- Commercial Trucking Liability and Casualty Claims Experience Required – 2 years minimum
- Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
- Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Must be able to work out of the Houston or Lakeland office
Responsibilities
- INSTRUCTS/TEACHES/COORDINATES claims training programs through the highest level of liability claims personnel to include claims processing system.
- IDENTIFIES and ASSISTS in the development, designing and writing of claims training programs at the direction of the H.O. Claims Training Director.
- REVIEWS students’ progress and REPORTS on each student’s skills development. RECOMMENDS continued employment/training of students based on test results and personal evaluation.
- MAINTAINS and REPORTS to AVP on Pre & Post school preparation and performance.
- REVIEWS claim performance results.
- REVIEWS and EVALUATES the effectiveness of Regional Claims training and reports results to H.O. Claims Director.
- ADHERES to the Code of Conduct, company policies, and operating principles.
- MEETS attendance standard at business location, to perform necessary job functions and to facilitate interaction with subordinates and management.
