Requirements
- 5+ years of success publisher development, business development, or partnerships – ad networks an advantage
- Deep knowledge of performance marketing, e-commerce, retail media, and digital media.
- Proven track record of identifying, structuring, and closing publisher deals in a commerce content or advertising environment.
- Strong familiarity with publisher monetization models, ad yield management, and performance optimization metrics.
- Ability to independently develop and deliver high-level presentations.
- First-rate communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to craft compelling pitches tailored to different business needs.
- Highly collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally across sales, customer success, product, and ad operations teams.
- Self-motivated, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong sense of ownership over results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment where adaptability and strategic execution are key.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure high-value publisher partnerships, including brands acting as publishers and commerce content publishers.
- Independently source leads, develop relationships, and attend industry events to expand our supply-side network.
- Structure, negotiate, and close deals that align with our commerce media and content initiatives.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key publishers and partners to optimize performance and yield.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase the volume and quality of supply within our ecosystem.
- Partner closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless deal execution and implementation.
- Deliver customized solutions based on a deep understanding of publishers’ needs and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers and publishers to foster long-term collaboration.
- Ability to run performance analyses to optimize partnerships, including key metrics such as eCPM, yield, CTR, and revenue per click.
- Generate insights and create reporting dashboards to track publisher success.
- Develop mock-ups, presentations, and sales materials independently to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Work collaboratively with product and ad operations teams to refine offerings and improve execution scalability.
