Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering training workshops, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience training delivery, public speaking, or related facilitation experience, preferably in a virtual or hybrid environment.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience demonstrating adult learning principles, practices, and techniques in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate high-quality, engaging, relevant product training workshops for external clients.
- Adapt delivery techniques to account for different learning styles, using a combination of platform skills to facilitate learning transfer.
- Prepare learners to take and pass certification exams and assessments.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of training material.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and skill requirements.
- Assist in the development of a variety of educational resources, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and documentation to facilitate effective learning experiences.
- Utilize a variety of quantitative and qualitative assessment methods to measure and improve the effectiveness of enablement programs.
- Regularly audit, update, and enhance existing enablement materials to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Build and maintain effective customer relationships (both internal and external) by consistently demonstrating and delivering exceptional subject matter expertise, innovative educational content, and high-quality program facilitation and support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in client/customer enablement preferred.
