Requirements

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain office calendars
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation and data entry
  • Assist with office supply inventory and ordering
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
