Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience curating, promoting and assessing reference and research materials within an organization and online database.
  • Preference for candidates with information sciences, public policy and services, community development and/or affordable housing experience and knowledge.
  • Graduate degree may be substituted for up to 2 years of experience.
  • Passion for online education and demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize complex and varied information from multiple sources (e.g., surveys, stakeholder interviews, secondary data sets) to identify important themes and learnings that can be applied in other contexts.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with great attention to detail and ability to successfully work on multiple time-sensitive requests simultaneously and with autonomy.
  • Curiosity, critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, along with a passion for diverse learning styles and educational opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with the Director, Solutions Management and other staff to lead the design and development of an online database that will centralize Solutions’ program development and implementation, capacity building and technical assistance resources for staff and partners, including toolkits, templates, guides, research papers and other resources.
  • Connect in earnest with Enterprise staff in and around the Solutions to understand and inventory programmatic efforts and resources, with an eye towards thematic topics and materials that can be recycled, updated, customized and/or socialized to support ongoing technical assistance and program development within the division.
  • Coordinate the initial management of the online database including curating, promoting, evaluating and updating documents with consideration to user experience and access, publication timelines and a to-be-developed governance charter.
  • Support Solutions’ staff in navigating the database, including the development of training and orientation resources, responding to ad hoc requests for information, and assessing staff use.
  • Work in partnership with Solutions Program staff, the Director, Solutions Management and Sr. Director of Digital to cultivate, coordinate, and communicate relevant and prioritized resources for Enterprise’s organization-wide Digital Learning Center.
  • In coordination with Director, Solutions Management and other staff, support the development and follow up of organization-wide trainings and learning opportunities, in support of staff’s understanding of the organization and the dynamism of the Solutions division, in addition to a broader commitment to professional development.
  • At the end of the two-year term, the Program and Partner Resources Fellow will have developed, launched and socialized an internal site, accessible to all staff, that houses a series of program development and implementation, technical assistance and capacity building resources.
