Requirements
- Passion and desire to pursue a career in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Creative problem solver with a passion for innovation
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
- Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and be comfortable working with large datasets
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
- Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions
- Assist with the development of new products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Support the Innovation and Data/Analytics team with ad-hoc tasks as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
