Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science)
- 15+ years of product management experience
- At least 5 years leading large-scale B2B product experiences
- Extensive experience in Payments and Merchant services
- Experience leading and scaling high-performing product teams
- Demonstrated success in driving innovation and creating cohesive product strategies
- Familiarity with regulated industries
- Strong, charismatic leader with excellent presence
- Proven ability to mentor and develop high performing product managers
- Data driven decision maker
Responsibilities
- Lead the vision, strategy, design, and execution for merchant onboarding, settlement, and ongoing management processes
- Own the entire merchant journey, from seamless integration and implementation to embedding ZIP’s financial solutions into partner ecosystems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Legal teams
- Drive merchant adoption, retention, and satisfaction through continuous innovation
- Define, prioritize, and oversee a robust product roadmap
- Develop frameworks for evaluating product performance, merchant satisfaction, and integration efficiency
- Act as a key advocate for merchants and platforms within the organization
- Regularly present to the executive team, providing insights, strategies, and performance updates
Preferred Qualifications
- An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred
- Completion of a formal Product Management training program is preferred
