Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of project management and implementation or program management experience
- Proficient with MS Office applications and project management tools
- Experience working with and leading diverse groups and matrix managed environments
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects end to end including creation and management of project documentation including project plans, RAID (Risk, Action, Issue, Decision) logs, and charters
- Standup and lead workstream meetings
- Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and issues
- Communicate status of projects and escalate any risks or issues
- Negotiate and influence stakeholders to meet the needs of the projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred
- PMP, PgMP, or CAPM preferred
- Build relationships at all levels of the organization within PHCO and cross-functionally
- Communicate and present to various audiences including executive level stakeholders
- Ability to lead and influence workgroups that don’t directly report to them (matrix environment)
- Initiative and resourcefulness
- Adaptability and ability to pivot
