Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships and be seen as a valued business partner
Responsibilities
- Collaborate as a trusted business partner within the HDD R&D org, including interacting with senior executives and their respective management teams.
- Manage all aspects of spending for the organization, including but not limited to, expense management, quarterly/annual forecasts, variance analysis, monthly close, and management reporting.
- Drive key analysis on expense trends and metrics.
- Support R&D consolidation reporting process and quarterly executive package for summarizing and analyzing R&D spending.
- Work closely with business partners in utilizing Clarity PPM (project budgeting tool).
- Focus on process enhancements and continuous improvement.
- Support ad-hoc initiatives for R&D organization.
