Staff Electrical Engineer

10+ years of experience designing and shipping high volume consumer electronics as an HW Systems Integrator
Experience working with ultra low power microprocessors, SoCs, MEMS sensors, and Wireless Charging technologies
Experience designing and validating custom analog and digital circuits and systems
Experience scripting basic functions and working alongside firmware engineers to automate testing
Experience working with schematic capture and PCB layout software (ie. Altium, Cadence, etc)
Hands on experience building prototypes and validating electrical and signal performance using typical EE lab equipment: rework equipment, DMMs, Oscilloscopes, signal generators, and power analyzers
Detailed experience designing, building, and testing high density PCBs, flexes, batteries, and sensing modules from concept to production
Able to drive tasks independently, act as a leader and mentor across multiple organizations, organize, escalate and communicate issues and needs clearly
Effective communication and collaboration skills

Electrical Design and development of cutting-edge wearable and other consumer devices, with a keen focus to detail, precision, and reliability
Conduct thorough testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure they meet performance and safety standards
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to develop test plans
Work closely with mechanical engineers to ensure seamless integration of electrical components within the product’s physical design
Collaborate with firmware engineers to develop embedded systems and ensure software-hardware compatibility
Work with leadership to help define and refine product roadmaps and timelines
