Requirements
- Ability to work from our Boston hub location
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of Sophomore year completed (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides or data visualization tools
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Assist in researching stats and data needed to be included in our marketing campaigns
- Create, edit, and schedule content for social media channels, email campaigns, and website updates
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Assist in cleaning up account records in our marketing database
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials
- Support the team in tracking marketing performance metrics and preparing reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Attend meetings, brainstorming sessions, and contribute creative ideas
- Work on special projects related to revenue growth and operational efficiency
