Responsibilities
- Provide operational risk and controls thought leadership and expertise to the business unit.
- Lead the development of risk management strategies that drive identification, quantification and mitigation of risk within the business.
- Establish and lead a governance framework designed to monitor and ensure efficacy of operational risk management and process controls within the business unit.
- Identify high risk processes and controls and build out a testing program to ensure these processes and controls are reviewed and tested throughout the year.
- Be the point person for risk events as they occur in the business unit by helping to review and log such risk events in a timely manner.
- Provide oversight, guidance and leadership on KRI population and risk reporting to senior business forums.
- Participate in the Operational Resiliency program for in-scope legal entities.
