Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience in healthcare or healthtech, preferably in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Management Consulting.
• Candidates should be very detail-oriented, strong researchers, highly competitive, extremely passionate about healthcare and/or venture capital / early-stage company building, have demonstrated ability to work hard, intelligent and curious.
• Heavy quantitative analysis (financial modeling (operating models, pricing, market sizing, etc.)).
• Heavy qualitative analysis (customer discovery interviews, market mapping, etc.).
• Ability to not just perform analyses but also present in a thoughtful, nuanced way with a story behind the presentation (versus a data dump of charts, tables, and pros/cons).
• Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) skills.
• Experience navigating project ambiguity and dynamic work environments.
• Demonstrated ability to be entrepreneurial and a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative diligence on incubation opportunities, markets, and more.
• Define and execute on go-to-market strategy for startup companies in healthcare.
• Strategy and finance-focused work with early-stage businesses, including:
• Building financial and operating models for internally incubated startups.
• Developing customer and external-facing marketing materials and analyses.
• Support CEOs and functional leads at portfolio companies.
