Requirements
- 3-4 years of professional experience in healthcare or healthtech, preferably in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Management Consulting, Venture Capital, and/or start-ups
- Candidates should be very detail-oriented, strong researchers, highly competitive, extremely passionate about healthcare and/or venture capital / early-stage company building, have demonstrated ability to work hard, intelligent and curious
- Experience leading heavy quantitative analysis (financial modeling, pricing, market sizing, etc.) and qualitative analysis (customer discovery interviews, market mapping, etc.)
- Passion for innovation and technology, with a keen interest in healthcare
- Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) skills
- Experience navigating project ambiguity and dynamic work environments
- Demonstrated ability to be entrepreneurial and a self-starter
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the 25m Health team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for healthcare applications. Leverage your background to ensure ideas are feasible and market driven.
- Proactively identify and engage with promising startups and entrepreneurs in the space. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential incubations, investments, and partnerships (investors, entrepreneurs, & strategic partners).
- Conduct thorough market research to size opportunity spaces, validate pain points, and frame up competitive landscapes. Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements in the digital health space.
- Play an active role in the success of our early-stage businesses, which can include: Building financial and operating models for internally incubated startups, Developing customer and external-facing decks for sales and fundraising, Supporting CEOs and functional leads at portfolio companies with their next hire.
- Work closely with our Strategic Partner Coalition, comprised of the largest national health systems, to identify specific pain points and operational challenges. Craft solutions that address these issues from cost cutting to driving growth.
- Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, including partner executives, entrepreneurs, and team members to ensure alignment and foster collaborative relationships.
