Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, branding, or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Experience working with social media platforms, digital marketing, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- English proficiency, Japanese bi-lingual preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and assistance to Master Franchisees and Licensees to ensure adherence to branding guidelines and proper use of visual identities.
- Support the development and rollout of global branding strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms, media, and channels.
- Assist in the creation and editing of presentations, business documents, and official announcements, adhering to brand and communication policies.
- Manage, monitor, and post content on 7-Eleven International’s social media accounts, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Conduct research on competitors and industry trends to support brand strategy.
- Analyze global brand survey data to gain insights into customer preferences and perceptions.
- Collaborate with group companies on brand management initiatives and projects.
- Develop and maintain a global brand repository, glossary, and data archives to improve efficiency and accessibility.
- Coordinate logistics for client events, brand activations, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with social media platforms, digital marketing, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- International experience a plus.
