Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of relevant A/V experience required.
Responsibilities
- Monitor all audio-visual systems throughout the property to ensure they are working properly.
- Operate A/V equipment for client meetings, employee events, and guest functions.
- Provide excellent customer service by determining needs and offering solutions to clients, employees, and guests.
- Assist with upgrades and new installations of complex audio, video, projection, automated control, switching and distribution systems.
- Maintain system service information and personal daily work logs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior relevant experience in a hospitality or casino setting, preferred.
